Lawless Chrysler Jeep gives to Aleppo Shriners Children's Transportation Fund!
A donation to benefiting the Aleppo Shriners Hospital Transportation Fund was made in memory of Benjamin J. Russo from Lawless Chrysler Jeep, Inc.
Making hospital donations can be an extremely rewarding experience. The feeling of being able to help somebody or even a group of people less fortunate than us is a feeling that we should all experience. Hospitals are generally an extremely busy environment and a lot of the contributions they make to families and individuals are not sufficiently rewarded. Responsibilities such as saving a life or aiding in a recovery from an illness carry no reward great enough, especially if this responsibility involves a child.
Shriners Hospitals for Children is a one-of-a-kind health care system providing pediatric specialty care to thousands of kids each year...at no charge...thanks to the generosity of donors, past and present.
As Shriners we look beyond ourselves to serve the needs of others, especially children who cannot help themselves. We believe Shriners Hospitals to be the world's greatest philanthropy, and we covenant with each other to support its "temples of mercy" with spirit, time, talent, and means." - Excerpt from the Shriners Creed
With the donation made by Lawless Chrysler Jeep, and others, a burned child needing immediate treatment will be able to be transported to the Shriners Burns Hospital in Boston. In addition, donations provide transportation for children needing orthopedic care at the Shriners Children's Hospital in Springfield, where miracles are happening every day.
